    Step 1 Choose the desired Product


    • Navigate to a category of choice.
    • In order to order a product from the shop/category page, you hover on the cart bearing the illustration of a shopping basket.
    • Then you click on the orange button bearing the text add to cart.
    • You will automatically go to the shopping basket; if you would like to continue shopping, click on Continue shopping.
    • Once you have found the desired articles, click on Checkout.


    Step 2 Your details

    In order to process your order, we need a number of details from you. We only use these details for delivering your order.

    • Fill out your shipping and billing details in the required fields as shown on the checkout page
    • In a situation where your shipping address is different from your billing address, be sure to fill in the details properly

    Step 3 Delivery method

    You can choose the method of delivery, we offer the following options:

    • You can have your order delivered to your address, or you can provide a different address ( Shipping Address) .
    • Select your shipping priority( Standard Or Expedited Shipping)
    • Shipping cost may vary depending on your location and shipping priority

    Step 4 Payment methods

    Select from one of the available payment method:

    – Zelle

    – Cash App

    – PayPal

    – Venmo


    Step 5 Check your order

    Check whether your order is correct.

    • Are the delivery and payment options correct?
    • Are all the Products and quantities correct?
    • If you would like to add a comment, that is possible in the window provided for this
    • Click on Place order now and your order will be received by us.

    Step 6 Confirmation

    You will then receive a confirmation of your order via the email address you have provided with details on how to proceed with Payment for your order. Please note that this confirmatory email doesn’t validate your order, Only Payment Does!!!

    • Have you received no confirmation email? Check first in your spam folder, it is possible that the e-mail is sitting there.
    • Is this not the case? Contact us via email to sales@homeofsilencers.com

    Step 7 Payment

    Direction to complete payment for your order based on your selected payment method.

    Once the payment is made, please send us a screenshot of your payment receipt to sales@homeofsilencers.com for reference purposes. Please note that without your screenshot, we will not process your order

    Step 8 Follow order

    As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. In this way you will be informed of the current status, and you can follow your order.

    Can I cancel or change my order?

    If you wish to change or cancel an order, we advise you to contact our customer services as quickly as possible. We will then do our best to work with you to find a suitable solution. If you cancel or change in order before it has been dispatched, naturally there are no costs involved. If you are not sure whether your order has been dispatched, call or email as quickly as possible!

    If your order is already en route to you, the best thing to do is to ‘actively reject’ the order. This involves you telling the delivery service that you no longer wish to receive this order; the order is then sent back to us by the delivery service. If you accept the order at first and subsequently decide that you wish to send it back after all, then you will be responsible for the delivery costs.
