MAKE SURE IT’S STRAIGHT
The Huxwrx alignment rod is an affordable way to prevent damage to your expensive hardware. After making sure the firearm is safe, mount the silencer as normal and insert the alignment rod down the muzzle end. The tip of the alignment rod should be flush with the front cap on the silencer. The neon green ring will easily be visible and show if the silencer is mounted correctly.
Should the alignment rod be centered in the exit aperture of the suppressor, it’s safe to shoot. If it’s pressing against one of the sides of the suppressor, the user should investigate the cause of the misalignment. This is especially helpful for suppressors without removable endcaps, as an endcap strike can mean sending the silencer back for repair.
