This Chester County Armory sale listing is for an RPB Industries Cobray MAC Ingram M10 .45auto (a.k.a., MAC-10) fully transferable submachine gun.
Commonly referred to as an RPB double stamp MAC, this model was made and NFA registered by RPB Industries in Atlanta, GA using a factory original Military Armament Corporation Ingram M10 .45acp submachine gun receiver originally built in MAC’s Powder Springs, GA facility. Created using Gordon Ingram’s design as he originally intended the MAC family of weapons to be, this MAC-10 ( or Model 10, as the official name to these models by Ingram) is in absolutely spectacular condition and features a beautiful, like-new parkerized finish, original telescoping wire stock, and a wooden rear hand grip. Purchase of this model will include a plethora of original accessories, including a total of five 30rd magazines, a Cobray marked black polymer backstrap replacement grip, a Cobray marked olive drab sling, a Cobray marked steel magazine loader, an original front strap, a Nomex covered forward barrel shroud, and an original MAC cleaning rod.
Overall, this weapon is in outstanding condition both mechanically and cosmetically. This model has been fully inspected, test fired, and reparkerized by renowned MAC gunsmith Sam Schneider of Practical Solutions with no concerns noted, whatsoever. The metalwork is solid, with no dents, dings, cracks, or malformations of any type. The fire control internals and factory bolt group display only minor finish wear and use marks, The bolt face is crisp and well-defined. The barrel remains bright and shiny, with crisp, clean rifling.
Cosmetically, the weapon is in fantastic condition, as the dark gray parkerization is beautiful and consistent, with only some very minor handling marks of note on the left side of the receiver. The wooden grip is solid and smooth with no dents, chips, cracks, etc. Overall the exterior of this model appears in like-new condition. Cosmetic condition on the magazines vary with some in like new condition and others with significant use and handling marks, however all have solid, stiff springs and lock up solidly in the weapon.
This transferable MAC submachine gun is currently on an eForm-capable Form 3 for quick and easy transfer. The manufacturer is noted as “RPB Industries” and the model as “M10”.
